Menachem Gudelsky is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
Menachem specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and corporate restructures.
His experience includes advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions across Africa and abroad. This includes cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate restructures.
In addition, Menachem has advised both listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries, including renewable energy, mining, aviation, technology, fin-tech, e-hailing, retail and education.
He is involved throughout the transaction lifecycle, from transaction structuring and legal due diligence investigations to the drafting, review, and negotiation of transactional agreements. His practice focuses on providing commercially practical advice that supports clients in achieving their strategic objectives while navigating regulatory and transactional requirements
He is registered with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
