Zolile Shude is a Trainee Associate at ENS in the Public Law practice.

Zolile specialises in public, constitutional, and administrative law. 

His work focuses on public, constitutional and administrative law, with particular emphasis on public procurement, government conduct, and legal and regulatory frameworks in the electricity, energy, transport, home affairs, land, basic education and higher education sectors. 

In addition, Zolile served as a law clerk to Justice Leona Theron at the Constitutional Court of South Africa. Before that his work included legal research, constitutional, administrative and public interest litigation.  He also advised and supported civic education and democracy-building initiatives through workshop facilitation and preparation of research-based reports.
