Nomonde Sithole is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Nomonde specialises in insurance litigation, medical malpractice disputes and alternative dispute resolution.
Her experience includes advising clients on medical negligence claims, personal injury claims, insurance litigation, aviation claims, commercial litigation, arbitration and financial regulatory matters. She has provided legal advice and opinions on policy response and interpretation and has experience defending subrogated claims. In addition, she has defended and settled medico-legal claims and assisted with HPCSA complaints.
She has acted for state institutions, private hospitals, healthcare practitioners, insurers and corporate clients in the healthcare, insurance, aviation and financial services sectors.
