Zoë Balyamujura

Zoë Balyamujura is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
She advises clients across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, with experience spanning complex transactions, governance frameworks, and strategic advisory work.
Zoë has been involved in a number of private mergers and acquisitions, acting for clients in transactions across the healthcare, hospitality, and gaming sectors, including share acquisitions and asset-based transactions.
Zoë has experience advising private equity funds on their formation and acquisition strategies and has advised listed financial services groups on employee share schemes and incentive structures. She has advised on regulatory compliance across the food and consumer products, healthcare and non-profit sectors.
In addition, Zoë provides general corporate and commercial advice to clients across a variety of industries, including agribusiness, hospitality, financial services and fleet management, and has experience advising on corporate governance matters, corporate restructurings and group reorganisations.
