Khomanani Mohlaba is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
Khomanani specialises in general corporate and commercial law, corporate regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity capital markets, and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE).
Her experience includes advising on both local and international clients across a broad variety of sectors and industries on corporate governance, transactional matters, regulatory compliance and implementation of B-BBEE transactions, from conducting due diligence investigations through to drafting complex commercial agreements including share sale and subscription agreements, sale of business agreements, and asset-for-share agreements, and well as memoranda of incorporation, shareholders' agreements, trust deeds and authorising resolutions.
