Lamla Mafundityala

Lamla Mafundityala is an Associate at ENS in the Property and Real Estate practice.
Lamla specialises in all aspects of property law including but not limited to; property transfers; registration of mortgage bonds; and general conveyancing practice these include but not limited to release of properties under operation of mortgage bond, bond cancellations, cessions of rights, consolidations and subdivisions.
He also has experience in notarial work; conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions on property related issues; and; drafting and reviewing sale agreements (including sale of business enterprise agreements) and offers to purchase, and preparing advisory memoranda for instructing clients in respect of such offers; drafting lease agreements; drafting director and shareholder resolutions.
qualifications
- Bachelor of Social Work (University of the Western Cape)
- LLB (University of Stellenbosch)
- Admitted as an attorney, notary and conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa
