Oreneile Jibilili is an Associate at ENS in the Tax practice.
Oreneile specialises in corporate taxation.
Her experience includes advising on direct corporate tax, withholding taxes, employment taxes, tax administration and tax compliance, tax dispute resolutions, as well as on tax efficient acquisition, restructure and funding structures. She has also advised on new and existing employment share incentive schemes, broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) investment and ownership transactions.
In addition, Oreneile is also experienced in various sectors and / or industries including mining, financial services, renewable energy and private equity sectors and/or industries.
