Rachel Weisz
practical experience
Rachel Weisz is an Associate at ENS in the Employment practice and has experience in all aspects of employment law.
Her experience includes advising local and multinational clients on a broad range of predominantly litigious employment law matters, arising from the Labour Relations Act, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Employment Equity Act.
Rachel regularly assists clients in employment‑related litigation before the CCMA, various bargaining councils, the Labour Court, the Labour Appeal Court and the Constitutional Court. She also assists clients with internal disciplinary hearings and related workplace processes.
In addition to her litigious practice, Rachel advises clients across the retail and wholesale, mining, energy, construction and engineering, manufacturing, insurance and banking sectors, and has advised state departments, state‑owned companies and bargaining councils in the public sector.

- Bachelor of Law (University of Cape Town)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
