Thabang Poshodi

Thabang Poshodi is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Thabang specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration.
His experience includes advises on complex disputes, with experience spanning court proceedings, regulatory matters and advisory work.
In his current role, Thabang consults with clients, conducts detailed legal research, and drafts legal opinions involving interpretation of legislation, case law and contractual documentation. He prepares court papers, pleadings and briefs to counsel, and works closely with counsel in preparation for hearings and arbitrations.
In addition, Thabang has also acted for both public and private sector clients, including major corporates and state-owned entities, in matters involving company law, administration and constitutional law, contract law, public law, sport, mining, natural resources and environmental law. He has also contributed towards several client facing legal publications on litigation and procedural law.
