Nqobile Sithole is an Associate at ENS in the Tax practice.
Nqobile specialises in corporate income tax.
Her experience includes advising on tax structuring for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, renewable energy projects, and general corporate tax advisory matters. She has advised private entities, individuals, sports bodies and clients in a variety of industries including in the energy sector.
In addition, Nqobile is also experienced in tax dispute resolution matters.
