Tshepang Kgaladi
practical experience
Tshepang Kgaladi is an Associate at ENS in the Employment practice.
Tshepang specialises in employment law, with experience in both litigation and advisory work across a wide range of employment-related matters, including dispute resolution, disciplinary processes and compliance with labour legislation.
Her experience includes advising on poor performance, incapacity, incompatibility, misconduct, harassment, retrenchments, and internal grievances, as well as assisting in preparing matters before the CCMA, bargaining councils and the Labour Court.
In addition, Tshepang is also experienced in collective labour law, including advising bargaining councils on their main collective agreements and assisting with enforcement, as well as public sector matters, where she has supported municipalities on employment law issues, and has advised clients in the public sector, municipal, bargaining council, and drafting policies for employers in the energy sectors and/or industries.

- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
