Katy Lund is an Associate at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice.
Katy specialises in commercial litigation involving insolvency disputes.
Her experience includes advising large financial institutions, liquidators and trustees on debt collection mechanisms as well as post-liquidation and sequestration asset recovery.
Katy is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE)
