Emma Louw is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Emma specialises in contractual and commercial disputes.
Her experience includes advising on a broad range of litigious matters, including insurance disputes, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, and lease disputes.
In addition, Emma has been involved in litigation in the South African, Namibian and Botswana High Courts, as well as in the Supreme Court of Appeal of South Africa. Emma has also advised clients in the retail, agriculture, financial services, and property sectors and/or industries.
