Nombulelo Bashe

Nombulelo Bashe is an Associate at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice.
Nombulelo specialises in insolvency, restructuring, business rescue proceedings, liquidations, corporate debt recovery, and related commercial disputes. Her focus is on supporting clients in enforcing creditor rights and navigating the statutory and regulatory framework governing distressed entities.
Nombulelo has been involved in a range of complex matters, including advising financial institutions on enforcement and recovery proceedings, assisting with intervention applications in liquidation proceedings, advising creditors in business rescue processes, statutory compromises between companies and their creditors as an alternative to formal business rescue or liquidation, and supporting urgent litigation. She has also contributed to client-facing legal updates on developments in South African insolvency law.
She is a member of the Golden Key International Honours’ Society and a Canon Collins Trust alumni.
