Andrew Nyaga is an Associate at ENS in Kenya.
Andrew specialises in Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation (ADR) across diverse spheres of law spanning from Corporate & Commercial matters, Employment, Intellectual Property, Banking & Finance matters, Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency, Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) among others.
His experience includes advising domestic and multinational clients on a wide spectrum of commercial disputes, pre-litigation advisories, case assessments, trial advocacy, employment disputes & advisories and IP disputes.
In addition, Andrew also has robust expertise in general regulatory compliance, Data Protection & Privacy, Competition & Antitrust, Fintech and a broad spectrum of private-client matters, consistently providing strategic, business-focused advice to a diverse clientele across the media, construction, fast-moving consumer goods, healthcare, sports, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications and banking sectors.
He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and an Associate at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
