Kwabena Asiamah is an Associate at ENS in Ghana.
Kwabena specialises in corporate finance, project finance, tax, mining, petroleum and infrastructure.
His experience includes advising clients on matters relating to objections to tax decisions, financing of mining, energy and infrastructure projects, and regulatory guidance.
In addition, Kwabena is also experienced in drafting and reviewing agreements and conducting due diligence investigations for commercial transactions.
Kwabena is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
