Nicolette Naidoo

Nicolette Naidoo is an Associate at ENS in the Intellectual Property practice.
Nicolette specialises in local and foreign trade mark prosecution matters including trade mark availability and registrability searches, filings, office actions / refusals and recordals.
Her experience includes advising on global trade mark search and filing strategy, brand management, portfolio audits, copyright and related commercial matters for a broad range of clients across various industries and sectors (including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, media, education, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, automotive, technology, construction and financial services).
As a qualified Trade Mark Practitioner in South Africa, Nicolette is a member of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL). She has also been appointed as the Young Professional Next Gen Liaison for the ChIPs Network (South African Chapter), an organisation advocating for the advancement of women in technology, law and policy.
