Naeem Dinat

Naeem Dinat is an Associate at ENS in the Employment practice.
Naeem specialises in advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment related matters.
His experience includes advising on a wide range of employment litigation, with a particular interest on restraint of trades. His experience also includes advising on large-scale retrenchments, operational restructuring, and unfair dismissal claims. Naeem’s practice extends to areas of sports law, where he has advised and appeared in dispute resolution proceedings within the PSL and FIFA, as well as advising a number of professional football clubs and trade unions.
In addition, Naeem is experienced in acting for international clients across multiple jurisdictions within Africa, having advised in countries like Tanzania, the DRC, Zambia, and Mozambique. Naeem has advised clients in the energy & infrastructure, banking & finance, logistics, mining, and construction industries.
He is a member of SA Sports Law Association and the South African BRICS Youth Association.
