Tammi Pretorius

Tammi Pretorius is an Executive at ENS in the Intellectual Property practice.
Tammi specialises in enforcement (litigation and dispute resolution) relating to intellectual property rights, including trade mark oppositions, cancellations and infringements, copyright disputes, unlawful competition matters, company name objections, advertising complaints before the Advertising Regulatory Board (“ARB”), and domain name disputes (ADR, UDRP and URS).
Her expertise and experience in trade mark enforcement and contentious IP matters extends beyond South Africa, into Africa and other foreign countries, giving her the unique ability to offer clients global and holistic enforcement measures.
She also sits on the Copyright Law Committee of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (“SAIIPL”), is a trainee adjudicator of the .co.za Alternate Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) panel of the SAIIPL, and is a member of the Enforcement Committee: Opposition Harmonisation Task Force of the International Trademark Association (“INTA”).
