Pesachya Glixman is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
Pesachya specialises in commercial law related work, healthcare and pharmaceutical law, medical schemes law, the food and beverage industries, as well as advertising law.
His experience includes conducting research and advising on regulatory matters, with a particular focus on healthcare, commercial and regulatory compliance matters.
Pesachya has significant experience in advising on regulatory issues (including issues relating to consumer protection, medical devices, medical schemes and foodstuffs), responding to enquiries from various regulatory bodies, and advising clients in litigious regulatory matters.
Pesachya has advised clients in various industries including the healthcare and pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, agricultural and gambling industries.
