Surina Moodley
practical experience
Surina Moodley is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
Surina specialises in general corporate law, corporate regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity capital markets and broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE).
Her experience includes advising on corporate matters (both local and international), legal research, general corporate governance, conducting due diligence investigations as well as drafting and negotiating commercial documents, including but not limited to sale agreements (in respect of shares, businesses and assets), share subscription agreements, sale of business agreements, asset-for-share agreements, the regulation and implementation of B-BBEE transactions, board and shareholders’ resolutions, trust deeds, memoranda of incorporation and shareholders’ agreements.
In addition, Surina is also experienced in company formations and has advised clients in various sectors and/or industries.

- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
