Jean Serge Dukuzimana

Jean Serge Dukuzimana is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
Jean Serge specialises in corporate commercial, banking and finance, intellectual property, real estate, technology, environmental law, arbitration, competition and consumer protection law.
His experience includes advising on financing transactions, establishment of businesses in Rwanda, regulatory compliance, investment projects and M&A transactions.
In addition, Jean Serge is also experienced in drafting commercial contracts, corporate documents and conducting legal due diligence, and has advised clients in the real estate, banking and finance, hospitality, construction, and transport sectors.
He is a member of Rwanda Bar Association and East Africa Law Society.

- LLM in Business (National University of Rwanda)
- Diploma in Legal Practice (Institute of Legal Practice and Development)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of Rwanda
