Manatsa Musinahama is an Associate at ENS in the Competition practice.
Manatsa specialises in advising on transaction structures, the compilation of merger notifications, prohibited practice issues, due diligence and compliance audits.
In addition, Manatsa has advised clients in the logistics, energy, retail, banking, information technology, mobile telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors.
He is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners and has authored various competition law-related articles for the European Competition Law Review.
