Nishan Pillay

Nishan Pillay is an Associate at ENS in the Forensics practice.
Nishan specialises in the prevention, detection and investigation of fraud, bribery, corruption and other forms of financial crime in the public and private sector.
His experience includes investigating complex theft, fraud, bribery, and corruption, liaising with law enforcement agencies in criminal investigations, conducting due diligence investigations, and providing litigation support during civil and labour related proceedings.
In addition, Nishan has also assisted clients in instituting application and action proceedings in the High Court of South Africa. He has run application, trial, and arbitration proceedings for clients across different sectors of the economy, including in the mining sector, gambling sector, and administrative law matters relating, in particular, to public sector procurement.
Nishan is a member of the Institute of Commercial Forensic (ICFP).
