Tamara Chinganya is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Tamara specialises in general commercial litigation and arbitrations.
Her experience includes advising clients in respect of both litigious and non-litigious matters involving various areas of law including company law, contract law, labour law, insolvency law and property law. She also has experience in instituting and defending matters in the High Court as well as conducting international arbitrations through organisations such as the International Chamber of Commerce.
In addition, Tamara also has expertise in customs and excise litigation involving rebate claims, where she has provided advice and ensured compliance with court rules and procedures.
