Peta Myburgh is an Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.
She has experience in a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, structured trade and commodity finance, debt restructuring and refinancing and acquisition finance.
Peta has acted for borrowers and lenders across various financial sectors in both local and cross-border transactions, including local and international commercial banks, corporate clients, development finance institutions and private equity firms.
