Twapewa Mwashindange

Twapewa Mwashindange is an Executive at ENS in Namibia in the Banking and Finance, Project Development and Project Finance, Energy, Real Estate and Property practice. She specialises in general banking and finance, with a particular focus on leveraged finance, general corporate finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, and debt restructuring.
Her experience includes advising financial institutions, borrowers, and sponsors across a range of sectors and industries, including financial services, real estate, energy, manufacturing, mining, and insurance. She has been involved in various debt and equity transactions, including cross-border bilateral and syndicated transactions, as well as the security structures established in connection with these transactions.
In addition, Twapewa has experience advising clients on a wide range of regulatory and financial services related matters including banking and financial market regulation, card and related electronic payment instruments, and insurance.
