Luthando Dlamini

Luthando Dlamini is an Associate at ENS in the Competition/Antitrust practice.
Luthando specialises in transactional and contentious aspects of competition law, with experience spanning merger control, prohibited practices, market inquiries, compliance audits, and training. He has assisted in the preparation and notification of mergers across multiple African jurisdictions including Angola, Botswana, Namibia, Tanzania, Nigeria, South Africa, CEMAC, and COMESA.
In addition, Luthando has advised both domestic and multinational clients across diverse sectors such as automotive, aviation, agriculture, agro-processing, construction materials, professional services, financial services, retail, oil and gas, packaging, mining, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals, and fast moving consumer goods.
He has prepared headnotes for the Butterworths Competition Law Reports. He is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners.
