Megan Claassens is a Practice Lead at ENS in the intelligENS practice.
Megan is a practising attorney with over a decade of experience in commercial disputes and regulatory investigations. She has a strong background in advising on legal data matters, leveraging advanced technology with a particular focus on eDiscovery and AI tools for data analysis in disclosure, investigations, contract analytics, and data breach response.
Megan’s career began in top-tier international law firms, where she managed large, cross-jurisdictional eDiscovery projects. She has worked on a wide range of complex matters, including regulatory investigations, parliamentary inquiries, board range of commercial disputes, and advising on disclosure obligations within the eDiscovery and legal technology space.
In addition, Megan is also experienced in civil and criminal disputes, including arbitration, Regulatory investigations sectors and/or industries.
