Judy Kabubu

Judy Kabubu is an Executive at ENS in the Real Estate practice.
She specialises in conveyancing/property law, banking and finance law, employment law and commercial law. She specialises guiding clients in the conversion of titles under the Sectional Properties Act 2020, Ardhisasa (an online platform allowing users to interact with land information held and processed by the Kenya Government) transactions, conversion of titles under the Kenyan Land Laws, change of use, subdivision, amalgamation and generally advising on regularization measures that should be put in place to ensure compliance with land laws in Kenya. In addition she has expertise in advising property developers on structuring of developments from acquisition of the property to ensuring a smooth transition of ownership from developers to the purchasers.
She also has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing various conveyance documents including but not limited to agreements for sale, agreements to lease, transfers of land, transfer of lease, applications for consent, indentures, commercial leases, residential leases, tenancy agreements, charges/mortgages and discharges.
She is a member of the:
