Amma Sarfo-Adomah
practical experience
Amma Sarfo-Adomah is an Associate at ENS in the Public Law practice.
Amma’s focus is on public, constitutional and commercial law in relation to public procurement transactions, advisory work and regulatory frameworks concerning government conduct.
Amma is also experienced in commercial litigation and dispute resolution where she has assisted various state-owned and corporate entities with disputes in multiple forums. In addition, Amma has assisted on certain noteworthy matters, namely in the global litigation between the Kingdom of Lesotho v Frazer Solar GMBH and Telkom v the President of the Republic of South Africa.
Amma also had the opportunity of clerking at the Constitutional Court for Chief Justice Mandisa Maya and Justice Tshiqi.
