Thameena Ganey is an Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.
Thameena specialises in the establishment of, and advisory services in relation to, commercial and mutual banks. She also specialises in debt capital transactions which include advising dealers, arrangers and issuers on bond issuances.
Her experience includes assisting on transactional work relating to general corporate financing. She is adept at navigating the intricate legislative landscape that governs corporate and banking entities, offering clients comprehensive advice to facilitate their operations within the legal framework.
She assisted on matters which achieved ENS’ High Yield Deal of the Year and Natural Resources Finance Deal of the Year, as recognised at the 2024 Bonds, Loans, and ESG Capital Markets Africa Awards.
Thameena’s contributions to ENS and her clients underscore her commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of the banking and finance industry.
