Jonathon Saville
practical experience
Jonathon Saville is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
He specialises in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate restructures. He has acted for both listed and unlisted clients in a variety of industries, including mining, property, technology, food & beverage, hospitality, professional sport and renewable energy.
Jonathon’s experience includes advising clients on a variety of corporate matters, including the formation of new businesses, joint venturers, group restructures and transactions undertaken by companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, as well as drafting and negotiating a number of commercial documents including sale agreements, share subscriptions, board and shareholders’ resolutions, shareholders’ agreements and memoranda of incorporation.
In addition, Jonathon is also experienced in managing all aspects of complex legal due diligence investigations, and has advised boards of directors and shareholders of listed and unlisted companies on best practice in relation to corporate governance.

- BSc in Marine Biology and Ocean and Atmospheric Science (University of Cape Town)
- LLB (University of Cape Town)
- Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa
