He is a Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law and a recognised leader in the field of IP commercialisation.

Craig’s practice focuses on delivering strategic legal and commercial advice across the full spectrum of intellectual property transactions. His expertise includes the structuring and negotiation of complex IP agreements, conducting IP due diligence investigations, and advising on the acquisition, management, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

With a career spanning both private practice and in-house counsel roles, Craig brings a rare combination of deep intellectual property expertise and corporate commercial insight. He has held senior positions at top-tier law firms and served as General Counsel at a publicly listed company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, equipping him with a unique perspective on the intersection of IP and business strategy.
