Anthea Eleftheriadis

Anthea Eleftheriadis is an Associate at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
Anthea specialises in corporate and commercial law and local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Anthea has transactional experience in both South Africa and the United Arab Emirates (with a focus on Abu Dhabi and Dubai).
Her experience includes advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, company law, general corporate transactions, re-organisations, contract law and corporate governance.
In addition, Anthea is also experienced in advisory work on compliance with the Companies Act, 2008, the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and the Takeover Regulations and has advised clients in the mining and financial services sectors and/or industries.
She is a member of the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
