Abigail Sokoni is an Associate at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice.
Abigail specialises in energy related projects as well as project and infrastructure finance.
Her experience includes advising on energy, infrastructure and finance matters, drafting, and reviewing of commercial agreements, opinion work, and due diligence matters.
In addition, Abigail is also experienced in drafting of financial, commercial and security related agreements.
She is a member of the Law Society of South Africa.
