She brings extensive expertise in the structuring and formation of collective investment vehicles in Luxembourg, where she handles both regulated and unregulated funds.
She provides regulatory advice on fund distribution and marketing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Her experience also includes drafting and negotiating key fund documents, including incorporation documents, as well as agreements with service providers and investors.
