Sandya Booluck
practical experience
Sandya Booluck is an Executive at ENS in the Competition practice.
Sandya has experience in competition law enforcement. Her experience covers all aspects of competition law, including advanced merger assessment and investigation of anticompetitive business practices.
Sandya has also been extensively involved in the training of case handlers at national competition authorities in COMESA and assisting Member States in the review and harmonisation of their competition laws. She was instrumental in the drafting of the COMESA-SADC-EAC Tripartite Competition Protocol and the review of the COMESA Competition Regulations and Rules.
