Joshua Eksteen is an IntelligENS Analyst at ENS in the IntelligENS practice.
Joshua specialises in the fields of eDiscovery, Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and digital investigations.
His experience includes advising on eDiscovery in large scale litigations in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, aviation, securities, employment and environmental law. He has managed review in numerous eDiscovery projects, both as standard managed review and active learning review.
In addition, Joshua is also experienced as a litigation attorney, where he has appeared on behalf of the State Attorney’s Office in matters involving various organs of state.
Joshua is a member of Legal Practice Council.
