Diana Burger is an Executive at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice.
Diana provides specialist advice to clients on engineering, procurement, construction, and services agreements (including risk allocation, and the drafting and negotiation of these agreements) across the renewable energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Diana’s portfolio encompasses renewable energy projects, water and sanitation projects, road construction, mining, and railway network developments, acting for developers, lenders, and contractors.
Diana is equally experienced in dispute avoidance and the resolution of construction contract claims, particularly those arising from project delays, disruptions, or defective workmanship. This expertise enables her to minimise risk and navigate complex legal frameworks effectively on behalf of her clients. Her strategic, commercially minded approach ensures that her advice is consistently aligned with each client's operational and business objectives.
