Diana Burger
practical experience
Diana Burger is an Executive at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice.
Diana specialises in advising the construction and infrastructure sector on construction law and commercial related matters.
Her experience includes advising on various renewable energy project in relation to the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Program (REIPPPP) and Risk Mitigation Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (RMIPPPP), and for Independent Power Producers (IPPs), road work project and railway networks.
In addition, Diana is also experienced in dispute avoidance and construction contract claims (specifically claims in relation to delay and disruption and defective works) and has advised international and local clients, as well as state-owned entities in the construction and engineering infrastructure sectors.
Diana is a member of the Construction Adjudication Association of South Africa.
