Diana Burger

Diana Burger is an Executive at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice.
She provides dedicated counsel to clients across the renewable energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors, offering specialised advice on construction and commercial matters. Drawing upon her extensive experience, Diana has guided stakeholders through a wide range of renewable energy projects pursuant to the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REIPPPP) and the Risk Mitigation Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (RMIPPPP), acting on behalf of Independent Power Producers (IPPs), lenders and contractors. Diana’s portfolio further includes advising on critical infrastructure undertakings, such as road construction initiatives and railway network projects.
In addition, Diana is highly experienced in dispute avoidance and the resolution of construction contract claims, particularly those arising from project delays, disruptions, or defects in workmanship. This experience plays an instrumental role in minimising risk and navigating complex legal frameworks in the construction and engineering infrastructure sectors.
Through her refined expertise and strategic approach, Diana ensures that her guidance consistently aligns with the commercial and operational objectives of each client she serves.
