Nongee Kandjii


practical experience
Nongee Kandjii is an Associate in the Corporate/Commercial practice at ENS in Namibia.
Nongee specialises in general corporate commercial law, energy, mining and environmental law, as well as environmental, social & governance (ESG) matters.
Her experience includes advising on general commercial and corporate law matters, conducting legal research and advisory work on compliance.
In addition, Nongee is also experienced in conducting due diligence investigations, preparing due diligence reports, drafting legal opinions and memoranda on topics within the oil & gas sector for both local and international clientele.
Nongee is a member of the Young Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (YoungAFSA) and is also a member of the Law Society of Namibia.
