Marywinfred Mwangi is an Associate at ENS in Kenya.
Marywinfred specialises in banking, project finance and infrastructure, structured finance and corporate commercial matters.
Her experience includes advising on general various commercial matters, rendering advisories to private and public entities, private equity legal due diligence, contract review, negotiation and drafting, legal compliance audit, governance audit and general conveyancing including, securitization.
In addition, Marywinfred is also experienced in intellectual property law from registration, maintenance and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights before the Registrar of Trade Marks, the Anti-Counterfeit Authority, the Industrial Property Tribunal and the High Court and has advised clients in the banking (commercial banks and saccos), pensions (pensions schemes, trustees and corporate trustees), insurance and non-profit making sectors and/or industries.
Marywinfred is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the International Trademark Association (INTA) Indigenous Rights Committee.
