Davina Boodnah

Davina Boodnah is an Executive at ENS, specialising in Mauritian tax law.
She advises on the tax considerations for corporate acquisitions or restructures, conducts tax due diligence assessments and assists with tax planning measures for high-net-worth individuals. She also has extensive experience in dealing with tax assessments, and successfully negotiated with the tax authorities to settle tax disputes. Furthermore, Davina has a strong knowledge of tax compliance, including payroll taxes, VAT, CRS and FATCA. She previously oversaw client portfolios including public interest entities, large corporates with complex tax arrangements, multinational enterprises and high net worth individuals.
Davina also has strong knowledge of UK tax. She worked in the UK for a number of years in tax dispute resolutions. She specialises in offshore tax matters and complex civil fraud investigations.
Prior to relocating to Mauritius, Davina won a Top 35 under 35 Private Client Award and was a recipient of Tolley's Best Tax Investigations Team.
