Sanele Zulu is an Associate at ENS in the Employment practice.
Sanele specialises in employment law.
Sanele has acted for clients in various industries including healthcare, education, transport and related areas, manufacturing, mining, renewable energy, wholesale, non-profit entities as well as various other public sector entities.
She has experience in advising and assisting clients with matters related to poor performance, incapacity, incompatibility, misconduct (including harassment), retrenchments and internal grievances. Sanele also has experience in advising clients who perform regulatory functions. She has also advised on auditing related matters such as reportable irregularities. Sanele has also been involved in advising clients on employment litigation in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) as well as conducting reviews in the Labour Court.
