Kylynn Meyer is an Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.

Kylynn specialises in structured and transactional funding, including debt and preference share finance, restructuring and related security structures. Kylynn also advises on financial services regulation, including collective investment schemes, licensing applications and ongoing compliance for asset managers, funds and other regulated participants.

Kylynn acts for funders (including local and international banks and institutional investors), borrowers and issuers and regulated financial sector participants.
