Ramo Serumula is an Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.
Ramo specialises in general banking and debt finance, with a particular focus on leverage finance and acquisition finance.
Her experience includes advising domestic banks, development finance institutions, private equity funds and listed entities as well as borrowers in various sectors, including infrastructure, manufacturing, mining and renewable energy. Her experience also includes advising on corporate finance transactions, including cross-border transactions, bilateral and syndicated transactions and due diligence investigations.
