Vivienne Jonker
practical experience
Vivienne Jonker is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Public Law practice.
Vivienne specialises in public, constitutional and commercial law.
She is experienced advising public sector clients, including national and local governments, in relation to the legal, policy and governance components of their urban development projects.
Vivienne is also experienced in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Her experience includes representing various state-owned entities in respect of disputes relating to the recovery of funds, public procurement, governance and administration issues. She has also represented numerous corporate entities across various industries and in an array of dispute resolution forums, including South African courts, arbitration and mediation platforms, foreign courts and the London Court of International Arbitration.
Vivienne has also had the unique experience of working at the Constitutional Court of South Africa as a law clerk to Justice Majiedt and Acting Justice Schippers.
