Vivan Woanyah is an Associate at ENS in Ghana.
Vivian specialises in banking and finance, energy, mining, petroleum law and project finance.
Her experience includes advising on matters relating to banking and corporate finance, energy, mining, petroleum (downstream and upstream), project development and project finance.
In addition, Vivian is also experienced in conducting legal due diligence investigations in proposed financing transactions and has advised clients in the finance, energy and mining sectors and/or industries.
Vivian is a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA).
