Buhle Mcengwa is an Associate at ENS in the Employment practice.
Buhle specialises in preparing opinions related to various areas of employment law; reviewing employment related contracts, drafting settlement agreements, legal research, witness preparation and drafting legal pleadings for the South African Labour Court and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.
Her experience includes advising clients on various aspects of employment law, including restructures, dismissals, Labour Court practice and CCMA practice. She has also been involved in due diligence investigations (employment related).
