Amber Ebden is an Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.
Amber specialises in finance transactions involving structured finance, preference shares, restructuring and related security structures.
Her experience includes acting on either side of debt financing and structured finance transactions, and advising clients on various regulatory and financial services related matters.
In addition, Amber is also experienced in regulatory work such as insurance regulations, the National Credit Act, Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act and ancillary codes, standards and directives.
